How we travel

Our team leaves from the Paris region with the robot and its operator, by road or by train, and by ferry when needed.

Depending on build-up times, we arrive the day before.

Folded down to about 69 cm, the robot travels in an ordinary vehicle.

What we check before we confirm

A booking outside France takes preparation. These are the points we go through with you, case by case, before any confirmation:

  • Transport of the robot and its batteries to the venue.
  • Any border formalities, for countries outside the European Union.
  • The insurance terms that apply to the event.
  • The venue's and the organiser's rules on robot demonstrations.
  • The VAT treatment, set out in the quote.

Another country?

Any other European destination is assessed in the same way: on quotation and subject to feasibility. The enquiry goes through the same quote form, stating the venue, the date and the format of the event.

Frequently asked questions about bookings in Europe

Do you offer humanoid robot hire (rental) outside France?

Yes, on quotation and after a feasibility check. The Libella Robotics team travels from Colombes with the robot and its operator. One booking has already been delivered outside France, in Mallorca (Spain), on 19 September 2026.

Which European countries do you cover?

Dedicated pages present Brussels (Belgium), Geneva (Switzerland), London (United Kingdom), Luxembourg and Monaco. Beyond these destinations, one booking was delivered in Mallorca (Spain) on 19 September 2026. Any other European destination is assessed in the same way, on quotation and subject to feasibility.

How much does a booking outside France cost?

We do not publish any price outside France: the budget depends on travel and its related costs – transport, accommodation, any formalities – and is set out in full in a quote itemised line by line, provided before you sign anything. In France, hire starts at €1,500 excl. VAT per half day, with operation and on-site set-up included.

How far in advance should we get in touch?

As early as possible. In France we recommend two to three weeks; outside France, organising the travel calls for more notice, and more still for a country outside the European Union, where the checks involved in crossing the border are added.

Do you have offices abroad?

No. Libella Robotics is based in Colombes, near Paris, and has no office or agency outside France. We travel with the robot and its operator for each event.

Which languages do you work in?

Our team works in French and English. The running order is adapted to the language of the event, and most of the effect comes from the robot's physical presence rather than from speech.
