Libella Robotics is a French company founded in April 2026 and based in Colombes, near Paris. It hires out a Unitree G1 humanoid robot, operated by its own team, for professional events anywhere in France — trade shows, product launches, conferences, grand openings, corporate parties — from €1,500 excl. VAT per half day, operation and set-up included. It also offers Fourcast, a four-screen media robot, and distributes professional service robots.

The bipedal humanoid leaves the lab
Humanoids that genuinely walk became available for hire from 2024–2025, when reinforcement learning made walking reliable outside the lab. The story is not the technical feat: it is the moment a research machine becomes a service product.
What a robot at an event really costs
Almost no French provider publishes a price. We publish ours, along with the market price grid we surveyed in July 2026, including the most common hidden costs. A documented consumer angle, backed by figures.
A French SME in a market dominated by imports
The hardware comes from China; the operation is French. What that means in terms of industrial dependence, logistics costs and lead times is a geopolitical and economic angle rarely covered at the level of an SME.
What gets less coverage: what a humanoid cannot do
It is operated at all times, it does not walk on gravel, it does not improvise conversation, and its battery life is counted in hours. We document these limits publicly. A useful angle to balance the prevailing narrative on humanoid robotics.
