Humanoid robot hire for events in London

Libella Robotics offers London event organisers the hire of a Unitree G1 humanoid robot, fully operated by its own team, and of the Fourcast media robot. The company is based in Colombes, near Paris, and has no UK office: every London booking is handled on quotation, after a feasibility check covering equipment transport, border formalities and venue rules. We do not publish prices for this destination: the budget depends on travel and its related costs, and is set out in full in the quote.

Exhibitions, product launches, conferences, corporate parties: at a London event, attention is won in seconds. A humanoid robot on an exhibition stand or at the entrance to an evening reception becomes a natural gathering point – visitors stop, film and start talking. We travel from France with the robot and its operator.

How a London booking works

01

Feasibility check and quote

You tell us the venue, the date and the format. We check availability, equipment transport and the venue's constraints, then send you a detailed quote with travel included.

02

Brief and personalisation

We agree your objectives and the level of personalisation: branding in your colours, messaging, scenario and the key moments of the day.

03

On-site set-up and operation

Our team travels with the robot, sets it up and operates it throughout the event. The robot is never left without an operator.

04

Highlights and debrief

You leave with the key moments on camera and a debrief on how the activation went.

Your events in London

London venues, and constraints to settle beforehand.

We have not yet delivered a documented event in London, so we will not show you a local reference we do not have. The method, however, is the same everywhere: every venue has its own rules on access, flooring and build-up times, and we settle them with you before confirming.

ExCeL London

Exhibition and convention centre. Organiser regulations and build-up schedules are checked show by show.

Olympia London

Exhibitions and trade shows. Robot demonstrations on a stand are cleared with the organiser in advance.

Business Design Centre and the QEII Centre

Conferences and exhibitions. On-stage appearances are planned with the venue's production team.

Hotels and private venues

Corporate parties and launches. Flooring, circulation and sound levels are checked on plan or during a site visit.

Travel

How the robot gets to London

London is a little over two hours from Paris by train, but moving a robot and its batteries across the Channel is a logistics question in its own right. We work out the transport route and its cost before confirming anything.

The United Kingdom is outside the European Union: bringing professional equipment in temporarily involves formalities that we check and price before confirming the date. This is why a London enquiry is best made early.

What we check before we confirm

A cross-border booking is never improvised. These are the points we go through with you, case by case, before any confirmation:

  • Transport of the robot and its batteries to the venue.
  • The formalities for bringing the equipment into the United Kingdom temporarily.
  • The insurance terms that apply to the event.
  • The venue's and the organiser's rules on robot demonstrations.
  • The VAT treatment, set out in the quote.

What we need to prepare your quote

The more precise the enquiry, the sooner we can commit on feasibility:

  • The date, times and exact venue of the event (room, hall, stand number if you have it).
  • The format you have in mind: half day, full day, several days.
  • The type of event and the audience you expect.
  • The level of personalisation: branding, messaging, scenario.
  • Any known venue constraints: access, build-up times, floor surface, power supply.
  • The language of the event.

Why we do not publish prices for London

Outside France, the cost of a booking depends mainly on items that vary from one event to the next: transport of the team and equipment, accommodation, any formalities, and time spent on site. A headline price would be misleading. We therefore give you a single quote, itemised line by line, before you sign anything.

What we can show you

The videos and photos on this site show work carried out in France, mostly in Paris. They give an accurate picture of what the robot does and how our team supervises it.

Frequently asked questions for London

Do you have an office or a team in London?

No. Libella Robotics is based in Colombes, near Paris, and has no UK office. We travel with the robot and its operator for each event.

Can you guarantee that you will come to London?

We commit once feasibility has been checked: availability, equipment transport, border formalities and venue constraints. Until those points are settled, we do not confirm the date.

Why do you not publish prices for London?

Because a London booking involves related costs – transport, accommodation, formalities – that change from one event to the next. We prefer a complete quote, itemised line by line, to a headline price that would say nothing about the real budget.

Does your team work in English?

Yes. Our team works in French and English, and the running order is adapted to the language of the event. Most of the effect comes from the robot's physical presence rather than from speech.

How far in advance should we get in touch?

As early as possible. In France we recommend two to three weeks; for London, the checks involved in crossing the border call for more notice.

Do you cover other UK cities?

London is the only UK destination we are actively considering. An enquiry for another city would be assessed case by case, on the same terms.
