- On-site set-up and preparation.
- Checking the venue's technical constraints beforehand: floor, access, power supply, operating area.
- Interaction with the public: welcome, moving around, photos.

What changes the quote
- The venue, and therefore travel: included within Île-de-France, a fixed fee itemised in the quote elsewhere.
- Duration: half day, full day, several days (reduced rate after the first).
- The level of customisation: choreography, scripting, brand outfit, specific movements.
- The venue's technical constraints and set-up times.
- The date, depending on the availability of the robot and the team.
Is travel included in the price?

Elsewhere in France, travel is charged as a fixed fee, set out in black and white in the quote before any confirmation; it is never invoiced at actual cost after the event.
Outside France – Brussels, Geneva, London, Luxembourg, Monaco – no price is published: the budget depends on travel and its associated costs, and is set out in full in the quote provided after the feasibility study.
