Humanoid robot hire for events in Monaco
Yes, you can hire (rent) a humanoid robot for an event in Monaco. Libella Robotics, a French company based in Colombes near Paris, provides its Unitree G1 humanoid robot and its Fourcast media robot for exhibitions, congresses, product launches, brand evenings and premium activations held in the Principality, in Monte Carlo and elsewhere. The Libella Robotics team travels from France and operates the robot throughout the event. Every Monaco booking is quoted after a feasibility check. Libella Robotics has no office or agency in Monaco.
In barely more than two square kilometres, the Principality brings together an international congress centre, leading hotels and reception venues, a harbour that hosts one of the world's largest yacht shows, and a calendar where luxury, motoring, sports business and finance meet all year round. In that setting, an activation is judged on its ability to create a moment that guests film and share. An operated humanoid robot that walks among guests, greets them, poses for photos or steps on stage delivers exactly that, with the composure a demanding audience expects.

More about LeoBotFor what kind of event
An events ecosystem where a humanoid belongs
Monaco is not an ordinary events destination: audiences are international, the brands present are premium and production standards are high. These are the settings in which we most readily consider a booking.
Exhibitions, congresses and conventions
On a stand, at the entrance to a conference or during a keynote, the robot creates a gathering point and an opening line. It draws people in, holds their attention, then hands over to your sales team.
Luxury, automotive, watchmaking, jewellery, fashion, beauty
Product launches, private presentations, brand evenings: the humanoid fits into a carefully staged setting, carries your colours and gives the event a technological angle without compromising its elegance.
Yachting and outdoor activations
Events tied to the major yachting gatherings, private or corporate evenings on the quayside, brand activations around the harbour: possible, within technical limits. The robot needs a flat, dry, clear surface; it does not operate in the rain or on sand. Surface, safety and permits are assessed case by case.
Finance, family offices, prime real estate
Corporate hospitality, client receptions, anniversary or opening events: a memorable highlight, supervised by our team, in a discreet and controlled format.
Sports business, media, technology
Professional conventions, media activations, interactive experiences: the robot becomes both the entertainment and a content subject for your own channels.
Hospitality and reception venues
Gala evenings, dinners, cocktail receptions: welcoming guests, moving between tables, a sequence on stage. We agree circulation routes and sound levels with the venue.
How a Monaco booking works
01
Feasibility check and quote
You tell us the venue, the date and the format. We check availability, equipment transport and the venue's constraints, then send you a detailed quote with travel included.
02
Brief and personalisation
We agree your objectives and the level of personalisation: branding in your colours, messaging, scenario and the key moments of the day.
03
On-site set-up and operation
Our team travels with the robot, sets it up and operates it throughout the event. The robot is never left without an operator.
04
Highlights and debrief
You leave with the key moments on camera and a debrief on how the activation went.
Your events in Monaco
Monaco venues, and constraints to settle beforehand.
We have not yet delivered a documented event in Monaco, so we will not show you a local reference we do not have, and we are not partners of any of the venues listed below. We describe them because they are where our clients hold their events. Every venue has its own rules on access, flooring, build-up times and security, and we settle them with you before confirming.
Grimaldi Forum Monaco
The Principality's congress and exhibition centre, extended in 2025: modular halls and rooms, auditoriums and outdoor spaces. It hosts most of Monaco's major trade shows. Any booking considered at the Grimaldi Forum is preceded by a review of the show's regulations, access, build-up times, circulation and technical constraints.
One Monte-Carlo and the Carré d'Or event venues
A conference centre with modular rooms in the heart of Monte Carlo, next to the Place du Casino. Suited to conventions, launches and product presentations: on-stage appearances are planned with the venue's production team.
Hotels, reception rooms and premium venues in Monte Carlo
Hotels of the Société des Bains de Mer and other properties in the Principality, gala rooms and private-hire spaces. Brand evenings, dinners, cocktails: flooring, circulation, sound levels and staging are checked on plan or during a site visit.
Port Hercule and outdoor spaces
Quays, pontoons, temporary exhibitor villages and open-air activations, in particular around the yachting gatherings. Any outdoor use remains subject to permits, the organiser's regulations, the ground surface (flat, dry, no sand), traffic conditions, the weather (no rain) and safety rules.
The Principality's major gatherings
Monaco's calendar shapes the enquiries we receive. These gatherings illustrate the kinds of events held in Monaco and the settings in which a humanoid or media robot can take part, on a stand, at a side event or in a brand activation.
LUXE PACK Monaco
The international luxury packaging fair, at the Grimaldi Forum. Exhibitors from beauty, fragrance, spirits and fashion: a setting where stand entertainment has to match the brands present.
SPORTEL Monaco
The international sports business, media and technology convention, at the Grimaldi Forum. Decision-makers in sports rights, broadcasting and tech: an audience receptive to interactive experiences.
Top Marques Monaco
The supercar, fine watchmaking and luxury innovation show, at the Grimaldi Forum. A humanoid naturally belongs alongside exceptional objects.
Les Assises de la Cybersécurité
The gathering of security leaders from major organisations, at the Grimaldi Forum. Stands and partner evenings where technological innovation is part of the conversation.
Monaco Yacht Show
The superyacht show at Port Hercule, with its exhibitor villages, brand events and private evenings on the quayside or on board.
Monaco Grand Prix and hospitality
Around the race, brands and companies host receptions, terraces and private evenings: all formats in which an operated robot can create a highlight.
Libella Robotics is neither an official supplier, partner nor exhibitor of these events, and has not yet delivered a booking at any of them. They are mentioned to illustrate typical uses; any appearance at a show depends on its organiser's regulations.
Monaco and Monte Carlo: what do we mean?
Monaco is the whole Principality: a sovereign state of just over two square kilometres on the French Riviera, bordered by France. Monte Carlo is one of its districts, home to the Casino, the Carré d'Or and most of the grand hotels, and it is the name many international clients use for the destination as a whole.
For us, an enquiry for Monte Carlo, La Condamine, Fontvieille or Monaco-Ville is an enquiry for Monaco: it is assessed in the same way, according to the exact venue of the event.
Travel
How the robot gets to Monaco
Our team and equipment leave from the Paris region. The humanoid robot does not travel by air: its lithium batteries rule it out. Monaco is therefore reached from Paris by train, in a little under six hours, or by road. Depending on build-up times, we arrive the day before.
Monaco is not a member of the European Union, but the Principality has formed a customs union with France since the convention of 18 May 1963: French customs regulations apply there, and Monaco is not treated as a third country for VAT purposes. Unlike Geneva or London, there are therefore no temporary import formalities for the equipment between France and Monaco. The VAT treatment of the booking is set out in the quote; we do not give tax advice.
What we check before we confirm
A Monaco booking is prepared with the venue and the organiser. These are the points we go through with you, case by case, before any confirmation:
- Transport of the robot and its batteries to the venue, by train or road (never by air), and the vehicle used on site.
- Venue access, parking, equipment delivery, and build-up and breakdown times.
- The power supply available and battery charging during the event.
- The organiser's and the venue's rules on robot demonstrations, indoors and outdoors.
- The insurance and operating terms that apply to the booking.
- Team accommodation for multi-day bookings.
- The VAT treatment of the booking, set out in the quote.
What we need to prepare your quote
The more precise the enquiry, the sooner we can commit on feasibility:
- The date, times and exact venue of the event (room, hall, stand number if you have it).
- The format you have in mind: half day, full day, several days.
- The type of event and the audience you expect.
- The level of personalisation: branding, messaging, scenario.
- Any known venue constraints: access, build-up times, floor surface, power supply.
- The language of the event.
Why we do not publish a fixed price for Monaco
The price we publish for France covers a booking in the Paris region. In Monaco, the budget depends on the duration, the robot chosen, the level of personalisation, transport, team presence, any accommodation, event access conditions, set-up, the number of days and the venue's own constraints. A headline price would be misleading. We therefore give you a single quote, itemised line by line, before you sign anything, and we answer on feasibility before we talk budget.
What we can show you
We have not yet delivered a documented event in Monaco. The photos and videos on this site come from bookings actually delivered elsewhere, in France and mostly in Paris, and show how our activations work: what the robot does, how it moves among guests and how our team supervises it.

Frequently asked questions for Monaco
Do you hire out humanoid robots in Monaco?
Yes. Libella Robotics provides event bookings in Monaco with its Unitree G1 humanoid robot, operated by its own team travelling from the Paris region, subject to availability and feasibility.
Which robot do you provide?
The Unitree G1 humanoid robot, operated by our operator, for welcoming, entertainment, photos, stage moments and brand activations; and Fourcast, a mobile four-screen media robot, to show your content in motion. Both can be combined at the same event.
Do you work at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco?
We can consider a booking at the Grimaldi Forum subject to availability, the show organiser's conditions and the venue's technical constraints. We have not yet delivered a booking there and we are not partners of the Grimaldi Forum.
Do you have an office in Monaco?
No. Libella Robotics is based in Colombes, near Paris, in France. Our team travels to Monaco with the equipment needed for each booking.
Can the robot take part in a trade show?
Yes, it is one of its main uses: drawing people to a stand, welcoming visitors, moving through the aisles where the organiser allows it, photo and video sequences. We check the show's regulations before confirming.
Can it appear at a brand evening?
Yes. Greeting guests, moving among them, a sequence on stage or a choreographed highlight: the running order is built with you and the venue, taking circulation, flooring and sound levels into account.
Can you customise the robot?
Yes: branding in your colours, messaging and a scenario adapted to the event, highlights agreed during the brief. The level of personalisation is one of the items in the quote.
Do you offer Fourcast in Monaco?
Yes, on the same terms as the humanoid: on quotation, after a feasibility check and once the venue's conditions are confirmed.
How much does robot hire in Monaco cost?
It is quoted case by case. The budget depends on duration, robot, personalisation, transport, team presence and venue constraints. We give you a complete quote, itemised line by line.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible. In France we recommend two to three weeks; for Monaco, organising travel, agreeing terms with the venue and, during the major shows, securing accommodation call for more notice.
Does your team work in English?
Yes. Our team works in French and English, which suits Monaco's international audiences. Most of the effect comes from the robot's physical presence rather than from speech.
Do you cover Monte Carlo?
Yes. Monte Carlo is a district of Monaco and enquiries are handled in the same way, according to the exact venue of the event.
Can you take part in a yachting-related event?
Yes, within technical limits: the robot needs a flat, dry, clear surface and does not operate in the rain or on sand. Permits, available surface, safety and the organiser's constraints still have to be confirmed. An event on the quayside or in an exhibition area is easier to assess than an appearance on board.
Are there customs formalities between France and Monaco?
Monaco forms a customs union with France and is not treated as a third country for VAT: there are no temporary import formalities for the equipment, unlike Switzerland or the United Kingdom. The VAT treatment of the booking is set out in the quote.
